In Catalonia, we eat Mediterranean food, which is one
of the healthiest diet. It includes, for
example:
1.mushrooms
2.strawberries
3.oranges and pears
4.olives and olive oil
5.beans with sausages
6.fuet
Two typical dishes:
and CREMA CATALANA.
PA AMB TOMÀQUET WITH FUET
To prepare it you cut the bread and tomato, then squish
the tomato’s juice on the top of the bread. You add olive’s oil and salt.
You cut fuet (long pork sausage from Vic) to eat it
together.
